For nearly 30 years, I’ve dedicated my life to serving others through education—as a teacher, assistant principal, principal, and district supervisor.
Throughout my career, I’ve built a reputation for bringing people together, solving complex problems, and planning for the future. I’ve worked collaboratively with educators, families, and community leaders to make meaningful progress where it matters most.
I’ve also been selected to serve on numerous state task forces and advisory groups—helping shape policies and initiatives that impact communities across Tennessee.

Managing taxpayer dollars is one of the most important responsibilities of any County Mayor. With nearly a decade of experience overseeing multi-million-dollar federal school budgets, I understand the importance of accountability, transparency, and conservative financial management. My budgets have consistently been fiscally responsible—and free from audit findings. That’s the kind of disciplined leadership Bedford County needs.
Committed to Safety and Community
As the County’s Director of School Safety, I am responsible for the systems that protect our students, teachers, and staff every single day.
- Coordinating with first responders and School Resource Officers
- Overseeing emergency response planning and training
- Implementing and maintaining safety protocols across the district
